Fusion Yoga & Pilates is a varying Vinyasa flow which combines the best elements offered in Pilates, Iyengar, Hatha and Power Yoga. The breathing technique taught is based on key Pilates principles so one's core stability is activated during ones practice to create a safe posture to exert movement while protecting and building strength in the back.
Balance, flowing energy, strength, confidence in ones own abilities and individuality, feeling present and centered, and having a depth of understanding of each pose and movement is the essence of Fusion Yoga & Pilates.
